Jen Chandlee (she/her) was inspired to become a birth, postpartum, and lactation professional in 1994 after having her first baby. Her extensive background and over 25 years of experience in the fields of birth/postpartum and small business coaching have allowed her to provide doulas and families a wide range of physical, emotional, and educational support.
She is dedicated to advocacy, equity, and access to care for all people regardless of race, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.
Current offerings include DONA International postpartum doula trainings, doula mentorship, and business coaching, along with classes and support for parents. Certifications are held through DONA International, ICEA, and CAPPA, and she sits on several committees including the Western North Carolina Breastfeeding Coalition, the Asheville Grown Business Alliance, and the DONA International Education Subcommittee for Postpartum Trainings.
